Lifting Projects UK 1st Week (TBM-Sophia) Removal

The Lifting Projects UK team are now in their 2nd week of the removal of the Tunnel Boring machine (TBM-SOPHIA) at North Woolwich Cross Rail Site for Hochtief Murphy Joint Venture.

The tunnel-boring machine has now been fully removed from the portal base and transported from site. The team are now concentrating on removing all the ancillary equipment/gantries from the tunnel and are still set to complete the removal on schedule if not earlier.
